Vitrex Power Tool Safety Kit VIT311385 - Less than 5 in Stock

Good but limited
Pros: Solid construction, relatively quiet
Cons: Belt needs frequent adjustment, Can't be worked into corners
Only one real criticism of it which is that, in contrast to most of the sanders in this category, the forward handle is a long way forward of the sanding surface. That makes it a pain to get into tight corners. Combine that with the departure angle of the flex at the other end and it gets worse.
If you need to do anything in situ, you're going to be spending a long time with a detail sander doing the bits you missed with this. And trying to get as far in as you can often results in doing things at odd angles - which, in turn, unseats the belt, requiring frequent adjustment (or replacement)
